CANCEL/RETURN POLICY

Return Policy

Our company Vector Technologies offers you through its eshop products selected for their excellent condition, good value for money, and of course, all products are stored in the right conditions so that they are delivered in excellent condition.

However, you may wish to return an item if it is defective or malfunctioning. This can only be done within 14 days from the day of dispatch.

The procedure is as follows:

• Please send us an email about the problem you noticed at info@vectortechnologies.gr by referring your order number on the subject of the message. In order the item to be replaced, you must return it at your own shipping cost. It will be replaced after receiving the "defective" item from our company Vector Technologies.

• All returns must be accompanied by the receipt or invoice. In case of invoice, the returned item must be accompanied by a delivery note.

 

Order cancellation

• In case of cancellation, the product must be unused in its original condition (when the order has been received by the customer).

• Refunds are not accepted if the product is used or its original packaging is damaged.

• In case of cancellation of an order (before receiving the product), a 10% of the total amount of the order will be withheld for for bank and accounting expenses.

Refund in case of cancellation of order or return of products

• All refunds will be made either by credit of the customer's account  or by credit card. Vector Technologies, in case of cancellation, returns the funds as soon as possible. Depending on the method of refund, the process will be completed within 1 to 4 business days.
