Overview

The Tektronix MP5000 Series is a new modular precision test platform that combines the power of Source Measure Units (SMUs) and Power Supply Units (PSUs) in a compact 1U rack-mount chassis. With up to 6 independent channels per mainframe and the ability to scale to 32 synchronized mainframes, the MP5000 Series redefines automated test efficiency for design validation, reliability testing, and high-volume production.
